2. Meditation and Breathwork


Meditation is one of the most powerful tools for raising your vibration. Even just a few minutes a day of focused breathwork or mindfulness can help center your energy and release stress. With time, you’ll find yourself feeling more connected and in tune with your inner self.


3. Gratitude


Practicing gratitude shifts your focus from lack to abundance. Start by making a list of things you’re thankful for each day, no matter how small. By focusing on the positive, you’ll attract more of those high-vibe experiences into your life.
